1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Flat-rate shipping fee: $5.99 USD

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.00 USD.

The applicable shipping fee or free shipping eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure product availability and efficient fulfillment, orders are shipped from our trusted global fulfillment centers.

Canada / United Kingdom / Europe:
7–15 business days

Australia / New Zealand / Asia:
8–15 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

You may track your order through our Track Your Order page or via the shipping carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Puaasdfkm is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take shipping concerns seriously.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@welygrowix.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Puaasdfkm is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to assist by providing tracking details, but refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as successfully delivered.
